Known for turning Oura into a global leader in wearable wellness, Rai now steps into an operational role to scale Loopβs integrated platformβcombining telehealth, diagnostics, primary care, and group health insurance for Indiaβs employer-led market.

Rai sees India undergoing its βUPI moment in healthcare,β with the opportunity to leapfrog outdated systems and digitize preventive care for millions.
Loop, backed by Elevation Capital and General Catalyst, has raised $40.9M to date and serves companies with 24/7 doctor access, wellness programs, and chronic care services. Raiβs focus will be to expand Loop from B2B insurance to a consumer-first digital health platform that transforms everyday healthcare access.
