Breaking the Silence: Birla Fertility Launches Free Helpline for Fertility Support

In a move to destigmatize fertility struggles and provide compassionate support, Birla Fertility & IVF has launched Fertility Circle, a toll-free helpline (1800 123 1515) offering confidential, expert-led counselling for individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges.

Available Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, in English and Hindi (with plans for regional language support), the helpline offers a safe space free from judgment, cost, or pressure. It aims to be a lifeline for the majority who, according to Birla’s internal study, suffer emotional exhaustion in silence, with over 90% reporting distress but only 29% seeking timely help.

“Fertility care must start with compassion, not clinics,” says CEO Abhishek Aggrawal, highlighting the initiative’s focus on emotional well-being. CMO Parul Tyagi adds that it’s about creating a reliable first step for anyone with questions, concerns, or confusion.

With infertility affecting mental health as much as physical health raising stress, anxiety, and even prompting career disruptions, Fertility Circle steps in to offer what many desperately need: someone to talk to.
